Events exist to bring people together so we believe the best way to start planning one is to get together with you! We offer all of our clients free one on one consultations in order to understand your organizations needs and the vision you have for your event. We offer online or in-person meetings at our office in downtown Vancouver.

Initial consultations typically take about 30 minutes and there is absolutely zero pressure to buy. We just want to introduce ourselves, hear your story and see If we can help bring your vision to life.

Corporate AV Packages

Need a starting point for your AV journey? Below are some standard packages that serve as a foundation for corporate meetings, non-profit events, galas and fundraisers and can be modified as needed to meet your specific needs. These packages are a great way to get an idea of what some typical setups look like, the functionality they provide, and the associated costs.

A word on pricing: we aim to be as transparent and upfront about costs as possible. The prices listed below are “best-case scenarios” for a one day event. Costs can increase depending on event duration, venue/location, the amount of time allotted for rehearsals, and any additional services or equipment requested. All of these factors will be discussed during your consultation to provide the most accurate cost estimate possible. We value long term relationships with our customers and we always strive to provide the best value possible.

Breakout Room Package

The Breakout Room Package is perfect for small corporate events or breakout rooms at larger conferences. The package includes everything from Sound Basics as well as adding powerpoint, video playback and sponsor loop functionality. Your presenters and audience will enjoy a seamless experience with professional presenter tools and stunning visuals on a 100” 4k TV.

The Main Event

If you are looking to really impress with your next event and have a serious impact on your audience then The Main Event Package is for you. We use our decades of experience putting on world class events to give you a turn-key, low stress experince while delivering a visually beautiful, and completely immersive experience for your audience. You can expect huge LED video screens and a broadcast camera team, concert style sound, immersive lighting design, and a top-notch team of industry professional.

Sound Basics Package

The Sounds Basics Package is a great choice for intimate events that require crystal clear sound. Perfect for cocktail receptions, press conferences and small corporate events. Top quality sound from low-profile Bose speaker systems means your audience can focus on the presenter and the decor instead of unsightly AV equipment. Premium wireless microphone systems mean every word comes though clearly and reliably and background music playlists help to set the mood as your guests get settled.

Standard Conference Package

The Standard Conference Package includes everything you need to deliver a professional, stress free conference. Perfect sound coverage enables all of your speakers and participants to be heard and large projection screens showcase your presentations and videos in high definition. A stage and room lighting package ensures presenters are visible and that the room is comfortable and your brand colours are represented. We are care of everything from planning, to delivery and a proffesioanl, friendly and competent show crew.

While we love helping our corporate AV clients get started with standard packages we also do a wide variety of custom work. From brand activations, corporate lobby installations, virtual production projects for film and trade show booth designs.
